Expo INIA Irrigation 2017
Expo INIA Irrigation 2017, an instance framed in the World Water Day, will be held in the Region of La Araucanía between March 22 and 23 days. Its target audience is farmers and institutions and companies dedicated to providing technologies and solutions for optimal irrigation management. In Expo INIA Riego 2017, aspects related to water issues in agriculture will be addressed, such as water scarcity and climate change, irrigation programming (how ?, how much? And when to irrigate?), Technified irrigation systems, instruments of state support for investment in irrigation, among others.
The assistants will be able to go through the irrigation demonstration modules that will be implemented for the vegetable, potato, fruit and vineyard areas. In these modules they will be able to participate in theoretical and practical workshops that will be given by INIA specialists at a regional and national level. Also, they can visit the different stands of companies and public institutions linked to this theme. Additionally, a seminar will be held on the latest technological advances in water management.
The invitation is open and free to professionals, businessmen, technicians and farmers. The stands are available for companies that wish to participate as sponsors to show their equipment, based on two stand models and installation costs in the expo.
